Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare devices cannot be returned unless defective.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.
